      <description>I'm curious about this as well.  I've got a product that uses a PPC and CF card w/ext3.  I had the same problem with corruption.  Ultimately I made the CF read only and used the ram file system for anything dynamic.  I had to remount as r/w to save our configuration file.

      <description>I was able to resolve my problem by changing the .config file for the kernel.  I adjusted the CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_SIZE variable to 128Mb.
